Boise, ID

Boise was Andre’s first official stop in Idaho if you don’t count our pit-stop at the Potato Museum in Blackfoot. It is a college town that is extremely clean and manicured. The downtown scene was bustling when we ate at Red Feather Lounge, which is right across the street from Freak Alley Gallery; this is a must-see street art corridor with some of the most intriguing pieces that you can gaze upon for hours.

While we were in town, we also found quite a few parks, all of which were in pristine condition, as well as another rose garden. We drove by the capitol building, the stadiums, and the Boise Depot. These stops are a must when you visit, but plan your timing for the Depot accordingly since it is only open a couple days a week.
